The fruit of the righteous is a tree of Life, And he who wins souls is wise. (Proverbs 11:30)

Good Morning San Diegans and the Rest of the Country :-)

This morning on my way back from dropping off my two children at school, I was about to pull into my dreiveway, I stopped suddenly because I saw this regular size SNAIL, he was trying his best to get to the other side, but he was right were the front tire of my car was about to go...for a split second I thought "should I run over him? or should I wait? or should I get out my car carried him out the way?" believe me I don't like to touch snails or other kind of bugs (>.<)
I clearly heard God asking "What are you going to do?"
So I decided to get out my car, grab the snail from his spirally coiled shell and place him on safe ground :-)

I know, it was my decision to let him live or to let him die right in front of me!

To many this won't have any importance, but to me it does...when you have God in you, you have Love in you and every living thing on this earth was created by that Love and that Love is God.

What came into my mind was,  How long is going to take for us to help people to Live?
For how long are we going to watch people die in their sins?
How long are we going to stay in our comfort zone?
How long are we going to keep rolling up our eyes when we hear a non-save person talk?

Face it!!! if you are not a loving person, you are NOT doing the will of God.
This doesn't mean loving the ones that are easy to love, for example our blood family, or the "friends" that keep praising us....THIS MEANS TO LOVE THE ONES YOU HATE!

If you have too much pride in your heart, you are NOT doing the will of God.
Unfortunately many of us "Christians" drive people away from God by our actions and behaviors.

Now, lets think about those who we can witness and teach the Word of God.
Take action now that you can, because we don't know how long they have on this earth.

You might ask...How can I do that? I'm too shy, or too busy!!!
Take a few minutes of your routine and start reading the Bible with the purpose of receiving the Word to give back the Word to those who don't know God.
Pray for the Holy Spirit to give you the WORDS, that you will need when the time comes for you to witness.
You will be surprise how God fills you up with the Holy Spirit.

GO AND DO THE RIGHT THING!!!

Storms are Inevitable...

But Anchors are Unmovable!
Storms are inevitable in our lives, they can destroy us or they can make us stronger.
It is really up to us to decide which way we want to go. Either we choose to go down into our despair or we can come up with better knowledge and experience.

I personally have been trough a few storms, many time I'd have feel hopeless and very close to give up. I know that even dou I felt alone in this world, God was with me during these stormy times.
I believe if our Anchor is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, no storm will prevail.
He had showed me many times that with out Him I'm nothing and with Him I'm stronger.

Like Corrie Ten Boom said "the devil has powers but they are limited, But Jesus powers are unlimited"

Mark 4:37-40
37-And a great windstorm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already filling. 38-But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, "Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?"
39-Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, "Peace, be still!" And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.

40-But He said to them, "Why are you so fearful? How [is it] that you have no faith?" [fn]

We have to have Faith and Patience that our Lord Jesus will calm our storms and our winds.

Anothe way of Loving

 FORGIVE

"Forgive and it shall be forgiven you",
Instructions by God’s own Son.
Whatever wrongs someone may do,
We’re to forgive them every one.
When someone offends us, treating us bad,
We tend to flare up and fight;
But as we look back at times we’ve had,
When we weren’t living right;
Then we see our wrongs and our own sin,
As we’ve stumbled along life’s way.
How many times have we hurt a friend,
And we still slip and fall today.
So, when we see the sins of our brother,
Surely no stones can we cast;
For how can we not forgive one another
When God has forgiven our past?
May we forgive as we’ve been forgiven,
"Seventy times seven a day"-
Then our hearts will be in tune with heaven
As God leads us on our way.

"Be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another,
even as God for Christ’s sake has forgiven you"
(Ephesians. 4:32)

My Faith

I've been thinking about My Faith lately...things are not going the way I think they should be going. So I'd decided to post some of my thoughts that have been rumbling in my head for some time now.

I know it is normal for us as human beings to question God for things that are Not happening as fast as we want them to happen. So many thoughts will come and go, when we are in desperate situations.
When this happen to me, I make sure I don't harbor those thoughts in my head for too long.
When you harbor bad, depressing and hurtful thought in your head, you are given an opportunity to the enemy to come into to your life and to put a wall between you and God.
The mistake many Christians make, is to open the door to the enemy to take control of their lives, but this is not what God wants our lives to be like...He wants us to be Faithful to Him and Him only.
When separation come between God and us, our lives will go down very fast. The only thing that can help us to this point will be our Faith.

Deuteronomy 4:24
For the LORD your God [is] a consuming fire, a jealous God.

So, how can you overcome those thoughts? The first thing I do is to remember God's promises...

John 12:46
I have come [as] a light into the world, that whoever believes in Me should not abide in darkness.

John16:33
"These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will [fn] have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."

Matthew 11:28
Come to Me, all [you] who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Read God's word and keep the Commandments, that when adversity comes to your life, you will be ready.
Everything boils down to how much FAITH you have in God and how mature you are in CHRIST.

Hebrews 5:14
But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, [that is], those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

Deuteronomy 7:9
"Therefore know that the LORD your God, He [is] God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments"
